This team was voted in effective January 2025, and has been working to bring owner-led governance by democratic means back to the Singular Dream community. They were voted in to take all necessary measures to remove the former administrator, BBCondo Building Administration, and install the new administrator selected by majority vote of homeowners: Cerio.

Employed by Cerio to facilitate and organize all financial and operational aspects of the building, interacting with employees, contractors, service providers, and others to ensure proper care and maintenance of the building and its services
Elected oversight committee providing vigilant oversight of both the administrator and board members to ensure fiduciary responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the general interest of the majority of owners, protecting against corruption, conflicts of interest, and ensuring maximum law compliance

Under Mexican condominium law, each governance body has specific fiduciary responsibilities and legal relationships that ensure proper oversight and accountability.
Fiduciary Duties: Act in the best interest of all owners, manage common areas, approve budgets, and make decisions for the condominium's welfare.
Legal Authority: Elected by General Assembly, subject to Vigilance Committee oversight.
Fiduciary Duties: Oversee Board and Administrator actions, ensure compliance with Mexican condominium law, prevent conflicts of interest and corruption.
Legal Authority: Elected by General Assembly, empowered to investigate and report violations.
Fiduciary Duties: Execute Board decisions, manage daily operations, maintain building services, and provide transparent reporting to Board and Vigilance Committee.
Legal Authority: Selected by Board, subject to oversight by both Board and Vigilance Committee.
Fiduciary Duties: Ultimate decision-making authority, elect Board and Vigilance Committee, approve major expenditures and bylaw changes.
Legal Authority: Highest governing body under Mexican condominium law, represents all owners.
Fiduciary Duties: Provide expert advice on governance, legal, and operational matters to support informed Board decision-making.
Legal Authority: Advisory role, no voting authority, but provides valuable expertise to governance.

Caribbean Blue Dominance: Deep ocean blues representing our seaside location and natural foundation.
Gold Accent: Heritage nod, greatly diminished - quality without ostentation.
Wave Symbolism: Building literally sitting upon Caribbean waves, architecture and nature in harmony. Waves washing away corruption, bringing renewal.
The original logo featured gold on white - representing greed and corruption that had taken hold of the building's developer administrator and board. All show and no real value, much like the old BBCondo Building Administration centered on money rather than community welfare.
An owner who dedicated personal time, effort, and resources to build this platform as a gift to the community. This was not a profit-motivated venture, but a commitment to transparency and anti-corruption vigilance.
